Consultation, Support, and tailored design servicesWe offer full support services to active subscribers of the Modern Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course. The course itself contains troubleshooting sections to most activities. Let me say this clearly: There is NO NEED to purchase any additional consulting to implement the system. It's all there in the course. Most of our subscribers NEVER NEED ANY ADDITIONAL CONSULTING whatsoever. One in 20 WANTS some additional consulting and usually it's in form of creating some special materials, not in "how to use the tools." All of the experience is given within the Modern Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course and there shouldn't be any reason why you would NEED to buy more consulting. Whatever problems you may encounter should easily be covered by that one hour included in the course. You get one hour included of consulting in your subscription and I've yet not left anyone without my help. So please, don't think this is some scheme to make you dependent on consulting in fact, I am very short of time so I'm definitely NOT actively looking for any additional assignments. There's no catch, no trick here to sell additional consulting. You are very unlikely to need ANY... and, remember, there's still that one hour included so IF you need help you can get it without spending a penny extra. You get it all in the course and, for me, selling consulting hours is not what I aim for. My time is spent in research, testing and documenting of systems. But my experience has been that some clients may WANT to get personal consulting in issues specific to their own firms and goals. And despite my limitations on TIME available for such services, I feel it is important that this OPTION exists. I have personally used this system and I can help with any part of it. The help is there, should you want it. Also, you may want to get some letters or forms tailored for your firm either for content or visual design - or both. For these and any other reasons, we offer personal consultation by telephone or face-to-face, and tailored design services for your firm. The point is that we make it AVAILABLE - but there's absolutely NO obligation to USE this opportunity. Unfortunately, we cannot offer unlimited personal services for FREE, as you well can understand. The cost of the Modern Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course has been kept as low as possible by giving the information in writing. As an Accounting Professional, you know how much more resources it takes to deliver a service than printed information - and for this reason, we do need to charge for the support. However, we will do what we can to ensure that these services are as inexpensive as possible for our Modern Accountancy course subscribers.
Pricing and terms of support & consulting servicesTo ensure that EVERY ONE OF our subscribers CAN get personal attention and support, we have INCLUDED an hour of consulting time within your Modern Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course purchase as a free bonus. You can choose to use the consulting at any time during your subscription. Once the subscription is no longer active (due natural or premature termination), the right to this free consulting hour is also automatically terminated. To make consulting as inexpensive as possible, we sell it in blocks. You can purchase a package of 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours at a time. These hours are then used either by telephone consulting and / or by us doing work for you at our office. You can use these hours at any time. It is up to you to USE the hours - call us or assign work to us. If for any reason you want to terminate the consulting midway, the remaining time will be refunded to you but the USED time will be charged at our REGULAR rate and deducted from the package price. The price of consulting packages is lower per hour the bigger package you purchase:
Prices exclude VAT. If you want to meet face-to-face in other location than ours, travelling time and expenses will be added to the cost - please ask for a quote for such special events. If you wish to purchase per hour - or assign consulting and have us bill you for the hours spent - the REGULAR hourly rate for consulting and assignments is £ 125 per hour. Consulting and assignments will be deducted from your package (or billed, if you choose not to purchase a package) as minutes per the time used. We will keep records and send you a statement from time to time on time spent / time still available. If you exceed your time available, you can choose to pay another block of your choice or have the exceeding time billed per hourly rate.
Usage and benefitsI personally recommend SOME consulting if and when you intend to start obtaining prospects for your firm. This is an important phase in which it is easy to make costly mistakes and having the support of someone very familiar in USING the prospecting tools can save a lot of money and time - and it will ensure you start getting those desired results. Another vital phase is the presentation and selling of the service. Here, it is often better to spend a few hours drilling the system with an expert and thus, gain more insight and certainty in the use of the tools. Here, too, the certainty directly influences the success ratio of your sales activity. Additionally, in sales, there may or may not arise some other problems to solve for which are handled easiest with the support of an expert. Organising and pricing of the service delivery is another part wherein sometimes it is useful to have an outside person to consult. Once you get to implement a client-satisfaction programme and a referral programme, again it is very beneficial to have support. Generally speaking, all the materials, tools and knowledge needed to start and maintain a successful marketing activity ARE included in your Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course. Many questions you may have can be answered within the INCLUDED consulting time. You have no obligation to purchase any consultation in addition to your materials. Nothing is MISSING. There's no catch here at all. It is simply my personal experience that some Accounting Professionals PREFER having a real person to talk to instead of having to wholly rely on written materials alone. It can be easier, it does give a way to fast sort out things - and for these reasons, I've made myself available for such consultations. You do have one hour included in the course. If you don't want to exceed that, simply write down all your questions before you call me and the hour should be quite enough. You won't be getting into "overtime" without your full knowledge and consent. For me, selling consulting time is not very profitable - I simply want you to SUCCEED and therefore, it is vital to have the OPPORTUNITY to get personal consultations should you so wish. Feel free to call me to ask more about the consulting and / or reserve your package. It will be invoiced but once reserved, you can immediately start using the purchased consulting time.
